01 Overview
In my role as a Community Manager, I support the end-to-end coordination of volunteer-driven consulting projects, connecting volunteers with Seattle-based real-world clients across marketing, UX/UI design, video and audio production, and content creation.
As the program scaled, one key challenge emerged:
operations became fragmented and inconsistent across projects, leading to confusion and inactive onboarding, communication, and delivery.
