Hey, I am Mia. I am a product-minded bridging UX, product marketing, and storytelling to create AI-powered experiences that drive clarity, trust, and conversion.
01 Storytelling
With five years of training in journalism and communication, I bring a strong storytelling foundation to product experiences.
My work spans new media, social media operations, and video production — from reporting with UNICEF at the United Nations to managing TikTok content and analytics for an international media channel.
These experiences shape how I translate complex ideas into narratives that engage users and drive action.
02 Marketing
My marketing experience spans both B2C and B2B contexts, giving me a structured understanding of how products are positioned and brought to market.
From developing a campaign strategy for Rio to working at LVMH and BearingPoint, I gained experience in brand positioning, go-to-market thinking, and multi-channel execution.
I also supported Bosoned Education in building its marketing presence from the ground up, launching a Rednote account that grew to 500+ followers within two months, managing a YouTube channel, and executing email campaigns.
03 UX/UI Design
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Media at the University of Washington, where I am systematically building my foundation in UX research and UI design.
Through both coursework and hands-on projects, I apply design thinking to product marketing strategy — focusing on improving user understanding, engagement, and conversion.
I also serve as a Community Manager, where I help match student volunteers with real-world clients, facilitating collaboration across marketing and UX design projects.
In parallel, I have completed the Google UX Foundations certification on Coursera.
Outside of work, I’m a travel and coffee enthusiast, constantly exploring new cultures and perspectives that inspire my creativity and storytelling.
